OVERSIZED FREIGHT POLICY

Effective from 1/1/2026

Please note that due to rising costs and market pressures, the following updated Oversized Freight Policy will apply from August 2026.

### Policy Applies to any panel 50" or larger, on a per-panel basis:

• Policy applies for "Fork on, fork off" Pallet Delivery Services
• Or, Ground-floor, "Drop and Go" Carton Delivery Services

Any other delivery conditions, including but not limited to the below will result in POA quotation required:

• Upstairs / Above street level delivery
• Limited Access sites (Such as low-height loading docks, difficult terrain, security booking required, etc)
• Multiple delivery personnel required
• Pallet Breakdown, rubbish removal, pallet recovery or additional services
• Futile / re-booked deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information
